1-Applying the latest European and American standards instructions for manufacturing the products. In this regard for designing, testing and inspecting of the aerial work platforms BS EN 280 : 2001 standard are applied; and DIN 15019 and DIN 15018 standards are observed for cranes. For superstructure designing, which is done by using the modern engineering and designing software and Finite elements methods, the appearance, appropriateness and safety factors are of the most important items leading to producing a products with minimum lightness beside to maximum strength.
2-Using the best quality tools and equipments, which are mostly supplied from foreign manufacturers. Lajvar purchases and imports its requested equipments directly from foreign manufacturers.
3-All the welding processes are done by the automatic welding machines or by trained welders of Lajvar Co. for each unit and then they are tested according to the P.T. and M.T. methods.
4-All the cylinders are equipped with safety lock valves. These valves prevent the discharging oil from cylinders and collapsing the unit in case of hose burst or oil leakage.
5-Extra maneuverability during operation.
